Colombian Architect graduated from Saint Thomas University with Magna Cum Laude Thesis
based on a proposal of an infrastructure to resolve a social conflict for the rehabilitation of the
jail population with minor crime to allow them to reincorporate into society.
I worked for several years in Florida, USA, on many residential and commercial projects. I am
now living in Canada and a member of the OAA.
